1. Identity of the vendor

The MyBooker.fr website is operated by Tools for Artists, located at 2 rue président Carnot 38000 Grenoble, France, jointly with contact@mybooker.fr.

Offers of subscription

Three subscription plans are available:

Basic: access limited to the monthly fee of 0€.
Standard: access limited to the monthly fee of 5€.
Premium: access complete to the monthly fee of 15€.

Each subscription is renewable automatically every month, except for the Basic plan, which is non-renewable.

3. Payment

The payment is managed by our partner LemonSqueezy. All transactions are secured. No banking data is stored on our site.

4. Subscription management, cancellation and refund

The management of subscriptions (payment, renewal, cancellation, refund) is guaranteed by LemonSqueezy. By subscribing to a plan, the user also agrees to the Terms and Conditions of LemonSqueezy Sales. Any request related to invoicing or refund must be made via the client LemonSqueezy space or by contacting their support.

5. Delivery

Services are immediately accessible after payment via the user interface. No delivery fees apply.

6. Right to recourse

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Code of Consumer Protection, the right to recourse does not apply to digital services provided immediately after payment, with prior written consent of the user.

7. Liabilities

The website is not liable for interruptions of service due to external causes (network outage, maintenance, etc.). The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered.

8. Limitations

These CGV are subject to French law. In case of litigation, a friendly solution will be sought. In the absence of such, the competent court of the place of business will be the one to be called.

Profile information: links to social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Bandcamp, Soundcloud, TikTok), language, subscription plan

Booking information: booking locations, associated contacts, tasks, concerts, comments
Location information: city, country, GPS coordinates of locations
Contact information: names, emails, phone numbers of contacts in booking locations

3. Purposes of processing

The data is used for:

Creating and managing your account
Organising and tracking your concert bookings
Viewing and planning your tasks and events
Generating personal statistics
Managing your subscription and access

4. Third-party services used

We use the following third-party services:

LemonSqueezy: for subscription and payment management
Google Places API: for enriching location information

These services may collect some technical or navigational data. Please refer to their respective privacy policies.

5. Sharing data

We do not share your personal data with third parties. It is exclusively used in the context of the MyBooker application.

6. Duration of storage

Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, it is deleted within 30 days, except for the right to object.

7. Your rights
